When reviewing your payments, you may notice that certain transactions were cancelled by an advertiser. These are common reasons a transaction might be cancelled:
- The customer returned a product or cancelled their order, so no sale was made. Run a Product Success Report to view orders that were cancelled or returned.
- The advertiser was unsure of how you refer traffic to their site or noticed an unexpected number of large transactions. As a result, they found the transactions suspicious.
- The advertiser recently removed you from their program due to a severe violation of their terms and conditions.
