Rakuten Advertising uses the Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) zone, a 24-hour time-keeping standard based on the time of day in Greenwich, England. In GMT, 2:30 p.m. is written as 14:30. In the API URL, the time zone is indicated by the "tz" parameter, in bold in this example:
