You might notice that some products are listed in your Signature Orders and Individual Item reports but not in the Product Catalog data feed.
The Product Catalog data feed includes all the information that we receive from advertisers. Advertisers send us this information once a day and the number of products they list in the feed can change after they send us the information for that day.
Below are a few specific reasons why products appearing in reports are not in the data feed:
- The product was out of stock when the feed was generated.
- The product was discontinued and was removed from the feed.
- The product was newly released on the advertiser's website but is not yet part of the feed.
These reasons are applicable for any advertiser.
