Verify that your 11-digit tracking code matches; the code appears after the id= tag. If your code is accurate and you continue to experience this problem, please notify us.

If the image URL points to the advertiser’s website, the problem may be with the advertiser’s ad server and you should contact the advertiser directly to inquire.
