Revenue Reports

Introduction

The Revenue Report by Day and Revenue Report by Month and Year are two of the standard reports you can run in the Reporting Interface. View the instructions for accessing the reports.

Both of these revenue reports allow you to view sales, activity, orders per click (Orders/Click%), clicks per impression (CTR%), commissions, and more. These KPIs are broken down either by day or by month and year.

Revenue Report by Day

To see metrics for a specific day or specific date range, select Revenue Report by Day and specify the dates in the date range menu.

Revenue Report by Month and Year

To see a complete year or a quarter's worth of data by month, select Revenue Report by Month and Year. This will work for any combination of time periods as long as you select a date range of at least one month.

Customization

You can customize these reports in many ways by adding or removing columns for various data fields. You can also create a Revenue Report by Week by customizing the date range of the report.

Both reports are sorted by day, month, or year in descending order from earliest to latest by default. Click any of the column heads to sort in ascending order for that field. Click a column twice to sort in descending order from highest to lowest.

Compare Periods

Use these reports to compare different periods and analyze your performance. Run one of them monthly and track how key metrics evolve. If sales are increasing or decreasing, analyze what happened during that period and adjust your strategy accordingly.

To compare periods:

  1. Open the Date Range menu.
  2. Enter a date range for the starting period and check the Compare to another period box. This causes the Show % change columns box to also be selected automatically:

  3. Click Apply to close the menu.
  4. Click View Report to load the report.

Once the report has loaded, you can view your data for the current and prior periods and the percentage change in the summary panel.
