Sales and Activity Report


The Sales and Activity Report is one of the standard reports you can run in the Reporting Interface. View the instructions for accessing the report.

Report Summary

The Sales and Activity Report allows you to view the performance of each advertiser program you are participating in. It provides information on your general activity on the Rakuten Advertising network in any given date range.

 Success Tip

The Sales and Activity Report provides a general overview of how your programs are performing; if you want to obtain transaction data in near real-time, run a Media Optimization Report.

This is what a sample Sales and Activity Report looks like:

You can customize the report in many ways by adding or removing columns for various data fields.

Key Data

You can check your year-over-year or month-over-month gross merchant sales (GMS) and conversion rate by these steps:

  1. Open the Date Range menu.
  2. Enter a date range for the starting period and check the Compare to another period box. This causes the Show % change columns box to also be selected automatically:

  3. Click Apply to close the menu.
  4. Click View Report to load the report.

Once the report has loaded, you can view your data for the current and prior periods and the percent change in the summary panel:

  • The Sales card displays your GMS.
  • The Orders/Click card displays your conversion rate.
