Introduction
The Signature Orders Report is one of the standard reports you can run in the Reporting Interface. View the instructions for accessing the report.
Report Summary
The Signature Orders Report itemizes transactions and can indicate those made by individual users. If you use our Signature functionality, the u1 values you created are indicated in the member ID field of the report so you can track transactions to the level of each individual user.
This extra level of detail is not available to you if you do not use u1 values in your links, though you can still run the report to view all your link activity.

Customization
You can customize the report in many ways by adding or removing columns for various data fields. One of the fields you can add is the offer rule. This field shows if a transaction was associated with the baseline, Dynamic Commissioning offer rules, or SKU list for its offer.
The Transaction ID column field is hidden by default. Follow these steps to unhide this field and add it to your report:
- Click Add and Remove Columns.
- Use the search bar to locate the Transaction ID field.
- Click the eye icon and uncheck the check box, then click Apply. This unhides the field but does not add it to the report.
- Click Add and Remove Columns again.
- Check the box next to the Transaction ID and click Apply.
- Click View Report to reload the report with the transaction ID data.
Key Data
This report is similar to the Individual Item Report but also includes the member ID column. This column shows the loyalty, visit, or sub-member value that was used by the publisher during the click through. Loyalty and cash back publishers can use this to identify these users and pay them a cut of the commission.
Additional Signature Reports
For a more advanced overview of transaction and payment data, you can use our Signature Reconciliation Feed Reports. These reports allow you to reconcile transaction information with payment information not available in other Signature Reports.
