Schedule Reports


You can schedule up to 10 different reports to run automatically and be emailed to designated recipients once they are complete. This means even members of your team who do not have access to the Reporting Interface can view reports.


Follow these steps to schedule reports to be automatically sent to you daily, weekly, or monthly:

  1. In the Choose Report drop-down menu, select the report you want to schedule. You can schedule up to 10 reports at once.
  2. Click Manage Report and select Schedule Report:

  3. This opens the Schedule Report modal:

  4. Set the date range, schedule time, and schedule method or destination for your report. You can have your report delivered by email, to an FTP location, or both:
    1. Email: 2: FTP, SFTP, or SSH:
    1. Check the box next to Deliver report to Email and enter the email address you want the report to be sent to. Separate multiple email addresses with spaces.


      If any intended recipient has opted out of receiving emails, see the Email Address Reinstatement section below for guidance.

  5. When you are finished creating your scheduled report, click the Set Scheduling! button.

SSH Delivery

The option of a Secure Shell (SSH) protocol protects the communications security and integrity with strong encryption. You must enter a secure Private Key to enable SSH delivery. We store this key as a hashed value.

Time Zones

All start and end dates are based on GMT. Learn more about the time zones used in reporting.

Manage Scheduled Reports

Once you have scheduled a report, follow these steps to make changes to your scheduling preferences or cancel the schedule.

  1. Select a scheduled report for the Choose Reports drop-down.
  2. Click Manage Report and follow the instructions below that correspond to the action you want to take:

    2. Make the necessary changes and click the Set Scheduling! button.

Email Address Reinstatement

Recipients can choose not to receive a scheduled report by clicking the opt-out link in the email. However, when a recipient opts out of receiving a scheduled report, that email address can no longer receive any scheduled reports. Contact Customer Support to request reinstatement of your email address for scheduled reports.
