Introduction
Rakuten Affiliate pays your commissions by PayPal, direct deposit (ACH), or check. Your options depend on your location and the methods available by network.
There are no fees associated with any of the payment options.
View and Change Payment Method
Organization owners (also known as master users) can view, select, and change the account’s payment method in the Publisher Dashboard.
Currently, you can only set up or change your payment method settings from the Legacy Publisher Dashboard. View instructions for managing payment settings in the Legacy Publisher Help Center.
Note
There are currently two Publisher Dashboards. The Legacy Publisher Dashboard is still accessible while important features are migrated to New Publisher Dashboard (beta).
Direct Deposit Currency
If you select direct deposit, the payment is made in a currency according to your location and the network that the advertiser’s program belongs to. Learn more about how location and network affect your direct deposit currency.
Your bank may convert that payment to a currency it can accept at the current exchange rate for that day. As just one example, a publisher lives in France and selects direct deposit as their payment method. When that publisher receives commissions, we will convert the payment from US dollars and issue the payment in Euros. If that publisher’s bank account currency is USD, then their bank may make another conversion back to USD at their current conversion rate for that day.

Kamila, sorry you're having difficulties. As noted above, only organization owners (master users) can change payment settings. Other user types are not authorized to access the Payment Method tab. If you are authorized to change payment settings, then you will currently need to go to the Legacy Publisher Dashboard to make those changes. Follow the link in the information banner currently at the top of the Account page to go to the Legacy Dashboard. I'm not able to choose my preferred payment option.

I would like via Payoneer or direct deposit to my bank account in Nepal. Paypal is not available in Nepal, and check will never come to my mailing address.

As noted in the top of this article, and also as you were advised by Customer Support: Please note that currently the payment method option is disabled in the BETA dashboard.
In order to set the payment method, you need to switch to the Legacy dashboard. To switch to the Legacy, kindly click on the 9-dotted box at the top right corner of your new dashboard. Here are the steps: Go to the Legacy > My Account > Account info > Payment Settings > Click on Edit > Edit and Save the details.
