Introduction
Rakuten Affiliate pays your commissions by PayPal, direct deposit (ACH), or check. Your options depend on your location and network.
There are no fees associated with any of the payment options.
View and Change Payment Method
Attention
Only organization owners, also known as master users, can update payment details. Other user types are not authorized to access the Payment Method tab.
- Go to Account in the navigation header and click Account Details.
- In the Payment Method tab, click Edit details.
- Select one:
- Direct Deposit (ACH): Have your bank account and ABA numbers ready.
- Check: Ensure your address is filled in correctly; check this in the General tab.
- PayPal: Fill in your first and last name and the email associated with your PayPal account.
- When done, click Verify and Save.
- A message will pop up asking you to enter the verification code sent to you. Check your email for that verification code.
- Enter the code in the pop-up box.
- The change has been saved.
Direct Deposit Currency
If you select direct deposit, the payment is made in a currency according to your location and the network to which the advertiser’s program belongs. Learn more about how location and network affect your direct deposit currency.
Your bank may convert that payment to a currency it accepts at the current exchange rate for that day. We recommend following up directly with your bank for more currency and direct deposit information.

Are there any fees for receiving a check? I can't find any information on this simple question.
Michael, there are no fees from Rakuten for receiving your payments as a check. In the future, please note that you can click on the Support icon at the lower right for immediate personal assistance.
I would have choose the direct deposit payment method but I can’t choose the option please reply me .

Nobody can put their preferred payment method, neither do I. I tried my Paypal and direct wire transfer but it doesn't work.

How can I apply my stripe account for payment method?
Hi Carina! We currently don't have an integration with Stripe. The available payment methods are direct deposit, check or PayPal, depending on your location.
