You can contact Customer Support by clicking the Submit a Request link in the navigation header of any page of the Help Center, or by clicking this link.

Type in a keyword or question and the widget will populate with several article suggestions. If none of these are helpful, click the Contact Us button to request a callback, live chat with one of our customer support agents, or leave us a message:

When submitting a request or leaving us a message:

  • Include your name, email address, and SID:

    The Site ID (SID) number is unique to you. Our support team will use this to locate your account. Find your SID in the top right corner of the Publisher Dashboard and on the dashboard Overview page, as shown here:

    You can enter your SID in the form description or Client ID field.

  • Provide details:

    This will help Customer Support address your issue faster. This information can include:

    • The browser you are using (Chrome, Firefox, or others).
    • The operating system you are using (Windows 10, Apple OS, or others).
    • The steps you took before encountering the issue.
    • The error message you are receiving.
    • Screenshots of the error message or the problem.
  • Add Rakuten to your safe senders list:

    To make sure our response to you does not end up in the spam folder, add the rakuten.com, rakutenadvertising.com, and rakutenmarketing.com domains to the safe senders list in your email program. Check your spam or junk mail folder for our reply before re-contacting support.
