Once you have registered as a publisher, you will be able to log in to the Publisher Dashboard. To access the login page, go to https://publisher.rakutenadvertising.com:

You will be prompted to enter your email and password. The email address required is the one you or the Master User or Admin entered when creating your account. View instructions for changing your login credentials.

For added security, consider requesting enablement for two-factor authentication.
