New Help Center Features

Introduction

As we continue to update our help center to make it easy and convenient to navigate, we recently introduced new features allowing you to print, email, or copy an article link.

When reading an article, you will notice three new clickable icons next to the follow button below the article’s title:

Click on the image for a larger version.

These new clickable icons are designed to help you share articles with others on your team.

Print Article

Click the Print article icon to obtain a physical copy of the article or save a PDF version:

 Attention

Our content is updated regularly, so we recommend that you do not rely solely on a PDF version or physical copy of an article. To make sure your version is the latest one, check the live article in the help center frequently.

Email Article

Click the Email article icon to share the article via your default email application:

This will open an email with the article’s title as the subject and URL in the body.

Copy Article Link

Click the Copy article link icon to obtain the article’s URL:

You will see an Article link copied confirmation message after you click the icon:

Limitations

Before sharing copied or emailed links, be aware that users must be logged in to read certain articles in the help center. We recommend sending PDF versions of articles to others on your team who do not have access to the help center.
