Restoring Suspended Users

Organization owners (also known as master users) and administrators can restore a suspended user's access to their account in the Publisher Dashboard.

Follow these steps to restore access:

  1. Go to Account in the navigation header and click Account Details.
  2. Navigate to the Users tab.
  3. Uncheck the box next to “Hide suspended users.” Any user you suspended will appear in the Current users table.
  4. Identify the user, click the three-dot menu next to their name, and click Restore user access.
  5. A confirmation pop-up appears. Click Confirm to proceed.

The user’s status is immediately changed to Active.
