Users with specific permissions can restore a suspended user's access to their account in the Publisher Dashboard.
Follow these steps to restore access:
- Go to Account in the navigation header and click Account Details.
- Navigate to the Users tab.
- Uncheck the box next to “Hide suspended users.” Any user you suspended will appear in the Current users table.
- Identify the user, click the three-dot menu next to their name, and click Restore user access.
- A confirmation pop-up appears. Click Confirm to proceed.
The user’s status is immediately changed to Active.
