Changing Login Email or Password

Your login credentials are an email and password. The email address required is the one you or the Master User or Admin entered when creating your account. It cannot be edited except by Customer Support. Contact them for help.

Your password can be changed from the Forgot your password landing page. If that link does not work, go to the Publisher Dashboard login page and click Forgot your password? From there, enter your account email address to receive instructions on how to reset your password.


If the email address on your account is no longer valid, contact Customer Support for help resetting your password.
