Removing Users from Marketing Channels

Introduction

Organization owners (also known as master users) and administrators can remove a user’s access to a marketing channel in the Publisher Dashboard.

 Note

Removing a user’s access to a channel is different from removing their access to your account. Learn more about suspending users.

Instructions

You can manage channel users from the Current Channels view or the channels details page; click the + to view instructions:

From the Current Channels View
  1. Go to Account in the navigation header and select Account Details.
  2. Click the Channels tab to access your current channels.
  3. Identify the channel, click the three-dot menu next to its name, and click Manage users.
  4. For each user, select a permission level or Remove.
  5. Click Save.
From the Channels Details Page
  1. Go to Account in the navigation header and select Account Details.
  2. Click the Channels tab.
  3. Identify the channel and either click its name or click the three-dot menu and select View Details.
  4. The table in the Users section lists all the users who have access to the channel.
  5. Identify the user you want to remove and click the three-dot menu on their row.
  6. Click Remove user from channel.
  7. A pop-up will appear prompting you to Confirm or Cancel that user’s removal.
